Built from inside
a working office.
Yegz Advisory is a boutique consulting firm that helps principals build the operational system their office actually deserves.
I've spent nearly a decade as an executive assistant and office director: the person a principal calls when something needed to have been handled yesterday. I've run the office for a UHNW principal, kept a CEO's calendar stitched together across more time zones than I'd recommend, worked in travel and in the nonprofit world, and built structure for fast-growing startups that had none. Different offices, same problem underneath. A good team holding everything together on sticky notes, memory, and goodwill, with nothing solid beneath it.
So eventually I built what should have been there all along: the tools I kept wishing existed. The kind that took the constant low-grade panic out of the day and kept the people who work closely together actually in sync, so nothing got dropped in the gap between one person and the next.
Those tools worked. And every office I'd ever worked in could have used the exact same thing.
We're a small team, by design. The person who diagnoses your office is the same one who builds its software. No handoffs, no account managers, no explaining your day to someone who's never had to survive one.
It's the office I always wished I'd had. Now it's the one I build.

Diagnose. Redesign. Build the software that makes the redesign stick.
Most principal offices were never designed. They accumulated: inherited habits, an overworked EA, and a folder structure that made sense to someone three assistants ago.
Before we change anything, we spend real time learning how the office actually runs: where the work moves, where it snags, and the workarounds everyone's stopped noticing. From there we diagnose what needs to change, redesign the parts that need it, and build the custom software that holds the new shape in place.
Offices that grew faster than their systems.
Built so the office's operational knowledge survives every transition.
