What we do
Interview the principal and the team running the office. Watch the workflows in real time where possible. Learn the existing tools and documents. Surface the patterns across the whole office, not only the parts we'd build software for: what's working, what isn't, and where the office is leaking time.
What you get
A written diagnostic of how the office could be optimized, covering the processes we won't build software for as much as the ones we will. Where something runs on memory or could simply run better, like how email is triaged, how the calendar is protected, or how events and travel come together, you get a recommended way to run it. Plus a fixed-price proposal for the Build and a one-hour walkthrough call where we present the plan to your team for your feedback.
What we need from you
Up to seven hours of your team's time across the two weeks, split between the kickoff call, the tool-by-tool discussions, and the closing walkthrough. The more time you give us, the more bespoke the proposal.
