A new EA inherits the same setup the last one left behind, and most of what they figure out walks out the door with them when they go. A traditional consultant hands you a report and leaves. Off-the-shelf software makes you bend your office to fit its assumptions. We do none of those. We study your specific office, build software around how it actually works, and write down how everything is done. That includes the parts that already run well and never touch our tools, and the parts that don't run well yet, where we hand over a better way to run them. No. We document the whole office, not just our software. A lot of what keeps an office moving never needs custom software: how email gets triaged, how the calendar is protected, how an event or a trip comes together. During the Blueprint we look at all of it, and where a process is running on memory or could simply run better, we hand over a recommended way to do it. The ones your office adopts get written up as step-by-step guides in the Inheritance, right next to the guides for the tools. The result is that your entire operating system is documented, not only the parts we built.

Three steps. The Blueprint is a two-week study of how your office runs today. It ends with a written plan and a fixed price for the work. The Build is about 90 days where we create your custom software and get your team set up to use it. The Inheritance is everything we hand over at the end: written step-by-step guides for how the office runs, all your passwords and access, a record of the decisions we made and why, instructions for getting help from AI, and a guide for training whoever fills the seat next.

The Blueprint is a fixed $9,700, and you walk away with a written plan and a fixed-price Build proposal whether or not you commission the Build. The Build itself is scoped and priced by the Blueprint, with no surprise numbers, and ranges from a single tool to the full suite, depending on what your office actually needs. The Inheritance is included with every Build.

One thing worth knowing up front: a few small costs sit outside our fee, because the tools run on accounts you own and keep. These are the ordinary running costs of the software itself, billed to you directly by the providers rather than by us. In practice that means a hosting account (around $5 to $20 a month for a typical office), a code account that is often free and at most a few dollars a month, and AI usage, which is billed only for what the tools actually do, usually a few cents per action. Many companies already pay for an AI provider, and where we can, we'll simply build on what you already have. All in, most offices should expect a running total somewhere in the rough range of $10 to $50 a month, not a large bill. The exact figure depends on the plans you choose, how heavily the tools are used, and the providers' own pricing, which can change over time.

The Blueprint runs two weeks. The Build runs about 90 days. The free intro call to decide whether we're a good fit takes 30 minutes, and if we agree to move forward, the Blueprint can begin within two weeks of that call.

For the Blueprint, up to about seven hours of your team's time across the two weeks, split into a kickoff call, tool-by-tool discussions, and a closing walkthrough. The more time you give us, the more bespoke the proposal. During the Build it stays collaborative: the more context you share about where the office bottlenecks and the workarounds you've stopped noticing, the more precisely the system fits you. We design around your time, not the other way around.

You keep the written diagnostic and the fixed-price proposal, and you walk away with a clearer picture of what your office needs and which tools would solve it. Your fixed-price proposal stays valid for 60 days, so the number we quote is the number you pay, even if our rates change later. The Blueprint is built to be valuable on its own. No one leaves empty-handed.

The suite is five custom web apps:

Each one stands on its own, so you take the ones that fit and skip the ones that don't. They're also built to talk to each other, so when you install more than one, they act as a single connected system rather than separate apps. The Blueprint tells us which ones your office actually needs.

They're built to fit into how your office already runs rather than replace it. Confirmed meetings and trips, for example, push straight to the principal's calendar as real events, with attendees, links, and briefing notes attached. For now, the tools connect with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, so an office on either of those is ready to go. The point of a custom build is that it bends to your office, not the reverse, and the exact connections are scoped to your setup during the Blueprint.

The people who run an office, the assistants, chiefs of staff, and office directors, are the part you cannot replace, and we build accordingly. AI in our tools does the slow, repetitive work: reading a PDF and turning it into a clean meeting card, suggesting likely next steps on an incoming request, answering a quick question about travel spend without anyone digging through a spreadsheet. It never makes the call. Every decision and every judgment stays with your team, who confirm anything before it is final. We believe AI belongs in the office to speed good people up, not to replace them. As for your data, we don't copy or store it. We build everything inside accounts you own. The moment we hand off, you change the passwords and our access ends completely. After that, your office runs entirely on your own systems, with no door left open to us.

Yes. The Build ends with The Inheritance: written step-by-step guides for everything we documented, bundled as a searchable library; a record of where each tool lives and who controls what; the history of the decisions we made and why; a guide for routing team questions to the right place; a package for getting help from AI; and a 90-day plan for training whoever inherits the role. It also includes a phased rollout plan for the tools and three hours of support after launch. The whole point is that the office keeps running the system without our team in the room.

That's exactly the problem the Inheritance is built to solve. Your office's knowledge no longer lives in one person's head. It lives in written guides, a record of past decisions, and a training plan made for whoever fills the seat next. The system is built to survive every transition, so a departure becomes a clean handoff instead of a crisis.

We treat your information the way our practice works: carefully, and built to your standards. A few specifics. Every tool is locked behind a login, and if more than one person on your team uses it, each gets their own individual account, so access is always controlled and traceable. Nothing is ever public. We build each office its own private, separate system, never shared with another client, with passwords and keys kept where the public can't reach them and the data locked down behind them. When the work is done, we hand over every password and credential and you change them, which closes our access for good. We never use your build in our marketing, never show your data in a presentation, and never share it with anyone. We work within your company's own data and security guidelines, and we're glad to sign a mutual NDA before we start. The short version: this is your system, held to your rules, and yours alone.

Every Build includes three hours of support after launch, plus a package that lets your team get help with the tools using whatever AI they already use. Because you own the system and all of its documentation, it can keep evolving as your office does. And if you ever want bigger changes or updates down the road, reach out to our firm.

The work is done remotely, over video calls, phone, and email, and we're flexible about how and when we meet so we can fit your schedule. We take on only a few clients each year, which keeps our calendar open enough to work around your timeline, and working remotely makes that even easier. When we mention watching your workflows in real time during the Blueprint, that means screen sharing and, where it makes sense, sitting in on a meeting or two. We adapt to whatever your office is comfortable with.

Not much, and we set it all up with you. Three things live in your name from day one, because the whole system is yours to own and keep. First, an AI provider account, which powers the tools' AI features. If your company already uses one, we can usually build on that; if not, opening one takes a few minutes and you pay only for what the tools use. Second, a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account, which most offices already have, so the tools can connect to your calendar and email. Third, accounts to host the software, which we create together, in your name, during the Build. That's the whole list. You don't need any technical knowledge, and you don't need to assemble anything in advance. We guide you through every step, and because each account is yours from the very beginning, there's never a moment where the system lives somewhere you don't control.
